Crystal now a Confident Mother!
posted January 26, 2011

At just 18 years old and still in high school, Crystal was unexpectedly pregnant with her first child. She decided that the only option was to just get her GED, and she expected that she would be stuck with a lifetime of missed opportunities to show the world the person inside.
When Crystal heard about CLIMB Wyoming, she decided to apply for the program so she could make something of herself and also allow her kids to be proud of her. Thanks to the weekly parenting classes, Crystal is now able to work on becoming a stronger mother and finds that she is much better equipped to take care of them than ever before. She now has the opportunity to look forward to something: continuing a strong career in the medical field. Crystal finally feels like she has a future, as both a parent and a person.
“I really hope that now my kids will be proud of me and look up to me,” Crystal said. “I want them to be able to say that I am somebody.”
Thank you Rajeev, Jeffrey, Erik, Akiko, Margo (2 weeks!), Bill and Colleen, Mark and Lynn (2 weeks!), Howard, Luke and Ani, Alice and Brad (2 weeks!), Mike and Suzanne, Dwayne and Terese, and Shelly – you have all really made a difference for Crystal and her family!

posted January 26, 2011

“Being a young mom should not and WILL not hold me back.”
So says Claire, who is part of the CLIMB Wyoming program. With weekly parenting classes comprising of young mothers like her, she is able to work through the struggles she faces and now handles situations in a much more productive manner. Claire looks forward to continuing her work as a certified nursing assistant, and as a proud, newly-motivated mom to her three-year-old daughter.
Thank you Rob (10 weeks!), Greg and Monica, David, Marty and Lorri, Jerame, Todd and Jennie, and David–with your donation, Claire is able to attend the meetings she needs and deserves. With your help, she is able to become the best mother she can be. Thanks again!

Timberly now has a bright future thanks to you!
posted January 7, 2011

A mother of two boys, Timberly was at one time unemployed and very unhappy – all she wanted was to make some serious life changes for the good of her family. She turned to CLIMB Wyoming to get her life back on track, and it worked.
Feeling more secure and confident than she ever thought possible, every area of Timberly’s life has changed. She now has a successful career, financial stability, and even the chance to own her own home.
Thanks to the weekly parenting classes she was able to take though CLIMB, Timberly interacted with women in similar situations who understood the challenges she faced every day. She completed the sessions with a new outlook on her life and in possession of new-found skills to raise her boys in a loving, strong environment.
Timberly now has a career as an office manager and looks forward to continued success for herself and her children.
Thank you Steve, Cameron, Alyson, Ann Marie, Kim, Mary, Jason, Nate, Scott, Conor and Neil – Timberly’s success wouldn’t be possible without your support!
